We, Jessica and Tjebbe Warnink and team Clean at Home welcome you to BOULEVARD77ZANDVOORT.
The SUN, SEA and BEACH apartments are located on Boulevard Paulus Loot 77 on the South Beach in Zandvoort. The North Sea is on the western side of the Netherlands, allowing you to admire the beautiful sunsets daily from your apartment. Crossing the boulevard, you are on the beach within 10 seconds. Here you will find cosy terraces and beach restaurants such as NIUS, Tijn, Club Cabo, Fosfor, Paal 69, Manii, Bodhi Beach, Ubuntu, Kayuca, Hippy Fish, Ohana and Tent 6.
On the east side of BOULEVARD77ZANDVOORT, you have a view of the “Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen” nature reserve. In the morning, you can watch the sun rise from this special dune landscape. There are many walking routes in this unique nature reserve where you can spot fallow deer, foxes and birds. National Park Zuid-Kennemerland is a stone’s throw away. Here you can also enjoy cycling and hiking. In this nature park wisents walk in the wild.
The cosy village centre can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and has many nice shops, restaurants, bars and a nightclub. The train station is a 12-minute walk away. By train, you can reach the centre of Amsterdam in 30 minutes and Haarlem in 11 minutes. Schiphol Airport can be reached by taxi in 30 minutes.
Deliciously made beds, towels, kitchenette set, shower set, excellent WIFI and Netflix are included in the price. Baby cot/1-person box spring/child’s chair are on request. In consultation, small pets/dogs are allowed. Two free parking spaces are available in the driveway for guests booking apartment BEACH or SUN. When booking studio SEA, parking is not available and included; Parking can be found at P south. This is a three-minute walk away.

55 m2 with a seating area with phenomenal views of the sea and the kite surfing area (west side). The double luxury bed (160×200) views the nature reserve (east side). The bathroom has a large window overlooking the starry sky from the bathtub and a wonderful rain shower. There is a separate toilet. he kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge. You can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch and (microwave) dishes in the kitchenette. Cooker and pans are not available. Cooking with a hotplate/gourmet set is not allowed in this apartment according to Dutch law. The balcony has both sea and nature reserve views. The apartment has a private entrance. Beautifully made beds, towels, kitchenette cleaning-set, shower-set, excellent WIFI and Netflix are all included in the price. Cot / 1-person box spring (80×200)/ baby chair are on request. In consultation, small pets/dogs are allowed. Parking in the driveway is included in the price.

The large suar wooden dining table is placed in the centre of the apartment and has both sea (west side) and nature reserve (east side) views. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. There is a separate toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge. You can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch and (microwave) dishes in the kitchenette. Cooker and pans are not available. Cooking with a hotplate/gourmet-set is not allowed in this apartment according to Dutch law. The workplace, with an electric high-low table, adjustable desk chair, monitor and excellent WIFI has sea views. Ausblick einfach traumhaft, direkter Meerblick und vom Balkon aus seitlicher Blick auf das Meer und die Dünenlandschaft. Apartment schön eingerichtet, alles wie auf den Bildern und im Inserat angegebenen. Eigener Parkplatz ist auch Gold wert. Super WLAN Verbindung.Kinderstuhl und Babybett wurden für uns bereit gestellt.
Über eine schöne Promenade am Meer entlang haben wir (gemütliches Tempo) ca. 15 min. zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt von Zandvoort gebraucht. In der Stadt gibt es alle Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Kleidergeschäfte, Drogeriemarkt.. sowie diverse Restaurant’s. Einmal in der Woche ist ein Markt, welcher sehr zu empfehlen ist.
Gastgeber/in sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und bei Bedarf direkt da. Sehr einfacher Check-in und Check-out. Da unser Englisch nicht so gut ist, waren wir sehr froh, dass Tjebbe deutsch sprechen kann. Danke, dass du bei der deutschen Sportschau so gut unsere Sprache gelernt hast 🙂
Superschöne, offen gestaltete Wohnung in erster Reihe an der Strandpromenade. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist einfach toll, mannish in 2 Minuten am Strand und hat Meerblick vom Sofa aus und auch seitlichen Meerblick vom Balkon.
In der Stadt ist man in 10 min zu Fuß und dort ist auch ein großer Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Herzlichen Dank Tjebbe für die vielen Tipps und den unkomplizierten Check-in und Check-out. Ein zauberhaftes Fleckchen Erde an einem breiten Sandstrand mit vielen Muscheln und gemütlichen Strandcafés abseits des Trubels.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment from Jessica and Tjebbe. The view to the sea and the beach is awesome and it is just 10 minutes walk along the beach to the center of Zandvoort.
Jessica & Tjebbe were very helpful and friendly. They provided us as well a baby bed and baby chair. We enjoyed our vacation at this apartment.

ACrossing the promenade, you are on the beach in 10 seconds. Bring a beach chair and a cooler, lay out a towel and take a dip in the sea. Here you will find cosy terraces and nice beach restaurants such as NIUS, Tijn, Club Cabo, Fosfor, Paal 69, Manii, Bodhi Beach, Ubuntu, Kayuca, Hippy Fish, Ohana and Tent 6. Tijn, Ubuntu, NIUS and Hippy Fish are currently very popular. If you like 80s music, Club Cabo is a good choice. If you want a relaxed atmosphere, you can walk to South Beach in 15 minutes. Here you will find the trendy beach clubs Fosfor, Paal 69, Manii and Bodhi Beach.
Nature and cycling
The nature surrounding the coastal town of Zandvoort is a perfect getaway for a bike ride in the dunes. Up hill, down hill. Rolling landscapes, breathtaking views and working on your physical fitness unnoticed. The best cycling trips are on the coast. Discover the vast natural areas and dune landscapes on foot and by bike. There are many wonderful cycling and walking paths around Zandvoort.
Behind BOULEVARD77ZANDVOORT you will find the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen nature reserve. It is a unique dune landscape where you can spot fallow deer, foxes and birds (awd.waternet.nl). A stone’s throw away you will find the National Park South Kennemerland. This is the perfect place for a wonderful day of cycling. The kilometre-long network of paved cycle paths ensures hours of fun in a beautiful rolling landscape. Whether you want to take it easy or are looking for some more advanced exercise on your racing bike; you can make wonderful trips here. Please note: there may be Konik horses, wisents or Scottish Highlanders walking on the path. Take your time and enjoy (np-zuidkennemerland.nl).
At various shops in Zandvoort, family-, electric- and regular bikes can be rented.
Art & Culture
Zandvoort has a rich history. There are 2 museums: the Zandvoort museum and the Jutters mu-ZEE-um (visitzandvoort.nl).
Haarlem has a beautiful old city centre with many cosy restaurants. The Teylers museum and the Frans Hals museum are worth a visit (visithaarlem.com).
Amsterdam is the vibrant cultural city of the Netherlands and has a diverse range of museums. Its major attractions, the Rijksmuseum, the Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh Museum, are among the best visited museums in the world. Lovers of modern art can indulge in the Stedelijk Museum and its many galleries. Also visit the great theme museums like the Scheepvaartmuseum, the science museum Nemo, the Tropenmuseum and the Heineken experience (amsterdam.nl).
Keukenhof, the world’s most beautiful spring park, is open from March to May (keukenhof.nl).
Water sports
For active water sports enthusiasts, there is no better place than South beach. In front of BOULEVARD77ZANDVOORT is the kitesurfing zone for kite-, wave- and windsurfing, wingen and catamaran sailing. The Reddingsbrigade Nederland is located at Zandvoort’s South and North beaches
You can take SUP, wave- and kitesurfing lessons at several locations in Zandvoort (pepsports.com , northseakitesurfschool.nl). Equipment can be hired from, for example, Pepsports (pepsports.com).
Bunkers in Zandvoort
Around 400 bunkers can be found in the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen nature reserve. Some are (partly) hidden under the sand, while others can be visited. The bunkers were built by Germany in World War II and are part of the Atlantic Wall. There is also a bunker under the sand in the backyard of BOULEVARD77ZANDVOORT (visitzandvoort.nl).
Restaurants and nightlife
Many beach restaurants serve a good breakfast and have a nice menu with lunch, dinner, fine wines and cocktails. Also in the centre of the village are good restaurants (e.g. Le Bar, Maru, t Sand), lunch cafés (e.g. the Corner) bars and a disco. In summer, beach bars in Zandvoort and Bloemendaal (e.g. Woodstock, Paal69, Bohdi Beach) regularly organise parties and festivals (visitzandvoort.nl).
Golf courses
Kennemer Golf & Country Club, the Netherlands’ oldest seaside golf course, has an open character with 27 holes and a unique design. Kennemer Golf & Country Club has hosted many national and international amateur and professional tournaments. The Dutch Open has been played here several times. Visitors in possession of a valid membership card of an NGF-recognised golf club or equivalent, or a foreign golf club, with a demonstrable maximum exact handicap of 24, may play on this course 3 times a year. On days when there are (club) competitions and/or guest groups, the course is unfortunately closed to visitors (kennemergolf.nl).
Golf Course The Dunes is an authentic English links course. The nine holes are laid out in the Zandvoort dunes. The course is the only publicly accessible dune course in the Netherlands. Its natural location near the beach and village makes Golf Course The Dunes a unique location (thedunes.nl).
Yoga
ZenZo Yoga is located in the centre of Zandvoort and is situated on the first floor of a special building with a great roof terrace, away from all the hustle and bustle. A place on the coast where it is possible for everyone to completely unwind and be more conscious of life (zenzoyoga.nl).
Also, during the summer months, various yoga classes on the beach can be booked at the various beach bars, such as Tijn Akersloot and Bohdi Beach.
Circuit Zandvoort Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix
Circuit Zandvoort is a legendary and internationally renowned circuit with a history dating back over 60 years and a fantastic atmosphere. The circuit has a unique location in the dunes. It is a treat for any racing fan to visit Circuit Zandvoort. Since 2021, the Circuit Zandvoort Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix has been held here again as well as dozens of events attracting thousands of fans. Besides several spectacular national motorsport events, the circuit calendar also features international highlights such as the Deutsche Toerenwagen Masters (DTM) and the Masters of Formula 3 (circuitzandvoort.nl).
Supermarkets
Zandvoort has several supermarkets in the village centre that can be reached on foot but are also easily accessible by car. There is a car park in the centre under the Albert Heijn and Dekamarkt supermarkets. Also at the Dirk van den Broek and the Vomar there have car parks.
Train station Zandvoort
Train station Zandvoort aan Zee is a head-end station and the starting/ending station of the Haarlem – Zandvoort line. The station was commissioned in 1881. Direct trains to Haarlem central (11 minutes) and Amsterdam central (30 minutes) depart twice an hour at 20 minutes and 50 minutes past the hour. In summer, 4 trains per hour depart and up to 12 trains per hour during the Dutch Grand Prix.

Zandvoort has a subtropical swimming paradise-pool, cinema, bowling alley, riding school, Escape room, Jumptown, mini golf, fitness centres, MTB track and yoga on the beach.

Useful information and Rules
Arrival and departure…
Arrival
On the day of arrival, you can use your stay at BOULEVARD77ZANDVOORT from 15:00. There is one parking space for 1 car per apartment. Your apartment has its own entrance. Check in yourself with the key from the key box. You will receive the code in advance. If you wish, we will give you an explanation about the apartment and all the fun activities in and around Zandvoort at a time that suits you. We are always available for questions, requests and/or assistance.
Departure
On the day of departure, you must leave BOULEVARD77ZANDVOORT by 11:00 am at the latest. You must leave the kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker clean. Please dispose of waste in the gray (other waste) and green (green waste) containers on the driveway. The cleaning costs of the apartment are included in the total price for the period that you stay in the apartmen. It is sufficient if you close the door behind you on departure and lock it. You can hang the key back in the key box.

We apply a number of house rules to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
- Small pets/dogs are allowed by arrangement
- Unknown guests are not allowed in the apartment.
- Smoking is not permitted. There are smoke and fire detectors.
- Drug use is not permitted.
- Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment.
- Noise disturbance, especially between 10pm and 7am, should be avoided
